Precast concrete grade rings

Concrete rings with a 24 inch inside diameter can be manufactured in various thickness’. They are used to adjust the final elevation of manhole castings.

HDPE manhole adjusting rings

100% recycled, watertight, mortarless, designed to withstand loading in excess of HS 25.  These rings are available with 24 inch inside diameter and thickness’ of 1 ¼", 1 ½", 2" and 4".  They are also available with a wedge design for special situations.  They are installed with a sealant to assure water tightness.

Sprayed coatings

U. S. Concrete Products can have your structures spray coated with coal tar epoxy coatings to your specifications.

Manhole chimney seals

Crete chimney seals stop manhole frame-chimney inflow. They are available for both internal and external use. These seals are made of rubber and stainless steel and provide a flexible seal between casting and precast.
 
EZ-WRAP is an extruded butyl adhesive tape designed to provide water tight seals. The butyl compound is soft, tacky and bonded to either a plastic backing or an E.P.D.M. rubber backing. Both types are wound in rolls on a release liner for easy application.  Both are available in 6, 9, and 12 inch widths.  Designed for external joints.

Infi-Shield is an external sealing system made of EPODE rubber and butyl mastic.

Flex-Seal Utility Sealant is an aromatic urethane rubber that can be used to seal the grade adjustment area and joint sections in manholes and catch basins. It can be used both externally and internally.

GU Collar is a manhole chimney liner made of fiberglass reinforced polyurethane that can be used to repair existing manholes.

Joint sealants

 CPS-210 Preformed butyl joint sealant in flexible rope form.

RAM-NECK flexible plastic gaskets are available in several sizes with 1 ½" X 3'-6" strips being the most popular.

Outside drops

An outside drop pipe may be specified when the influent line is greater than 2 feet above the effluent line in a manhole.  U. S. Concrete Products can provide a manhole base section with a 90-degree vertical elbow integrally cast in the base. The contractor provides all necessary piping to bring the line up to the influent elevation with a tee projecting into the manhole to provide a clean-out.

Pipe to manhole seals

Flexible connectors are designed to provide watertight connections for pipes entering precast manholes and other concrete structures.

Lockjoint Flexible Manhole Sleeve is a rubber sleeve with a flanged waterstop that is cast into the wall of a concrete manhole. The pipe is secured to the sleeve with a stainless steel clamp. Its is available for pipe with outside diameters from 5.0 to 23.0 inch.

Kor-N-Seal is a flexible rubber connector that is installed into a hole that has been cored in a concrete manhole.  The rubber sleeve is secured in place by a stainless steel band wedged in place. The sleeve is clamped to the pipe with a stainless steel clamp. It is available for pipe with outside diameters from 1.80 to 51.0 inch.

Z-Lok XP is a flexible rubber connection that is installed in a hole cored or preformed in a concrete manhole. It is available for pipe with outside diameters from 7.25 to 16.25 inch.

Pollution Retardant Baffles

Baffles are available in fiberglass or corrugated aluminum.  They are used in drainage structures to prevent floatable solids from exiting the structure through the effluent line.

Iron Castings

U. S. Concrete can provide all types of castings such as manhole frames and covers, as specified for any project.

Gratings

U. S. Concrete Products can supply cast iron or steel gratings.  Grates can be round, rectangular or square.  The style may vary depending on the application.  Cast Iron gratings are available in heavy duty for traffic loads, medium duty for  driveways and parking lots, and light duty for non-vehicular traffic.

Steel gratings are manufactured of A-36 steel and conform to ASTM A569 specifications. They are available in H-25, H-20, H-15 and non-traffic loadings.  Gratings can be galvanized or painted to customer specifications.

Access Doors

U. S. Concrete Products can provide square and rectangular access doors and hatches cast into flat slabs for various uses. Floor doors come in various sizes and configurations. They can be cast iron, steel or aluminum.

Aluminum doors are available for 150 p.s.f. and 300 p.s.f. live loading.
 
Steel doors are available for 300 p.s.f. live load and for off street locations with occasional H-20 loading.

Cast Iron doors are available in heavy duty for traffic loads, medium duty for driveways and parking lots, and light duty for non-vehicular traffic.

Diamond Plate Covers

U. S. Concrete Products can provide opening covers made of diamond plate cut to almost any configuration. They may be used in non-traffic conditions and must be designed by the customer. The can be plain,  painted or galvanized.

Lining Systems

U.S. Concrete Products can provide precast concrete structures with various types of corrosion resistant linings.  These systems can also be used in conjunction with each other. The products we can provide are:

GSE StudLiner and GSE Studliner DLS. GSE Studliner is a thermoplastic embedment sheeting that is mechanically bonded to the structure when it is poured. It can be used on walls that are flat as well as round.

AGRU Sure-Grip Liner System. A plastic lining system cast in place during manufacture
 with field welded joints.

GU Manhole Liners are custom built from fiberglass reinforced polyurethane and include preformed base liners with flow channels, as well as riser liners and other accessories.

Plastic yard drains

U. S. Concrete Products is a distributor for plastic exterior surface drainage system products.  These systems can be used in landscaped areas and for directing water from roof gutters away from foundations. Many different components are available including catch basins, gratings, channel drains, and adaptors.  They are designed to be used with 3 inch through 8 inch plastic pipe.
